Who are we?
A volunteer organisation set up on the 11th November 2019 to support the promotion & operation of Hawker Hurricane G-HURI & Supermarine Spitfire BM597 which are owned and operated by Historic Aircraft Collection Limited. Based at Imperial War Museum Duxford we aim to tell the Polish story of the Second World War by attending or hosting events.
We welcome other owners & operators to join us with any aeroplanes of Polish provenance or a Polish story to tell. We also welcome Museums, Organisations or Individuals that can help us achieve the project aims. Remember. Inspire. Unity.

OUR SHOP - STOCK & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
The Polish Heritage Flight is a Volunteer, Not For Profit Organisation. Provided the item(s) you have ordered are in stock, we endeavour to despatch your items as soon as practicably possible. In most cases, this would be within 5 working days of your order, but this may slip at times of extremely high levels of business. If there is likely to be a protracted delay, for whatever reason, we will do our utmost to contact you and inform you of the situation. Until the item is dispatched a Full Refund will be available if requested. At times where we make items available for Pre-Order, the estimated due date will be detailed in the product listing on www.polishheritageflight.com
DELIVERY, AVAILABILTY AND RETURN POLICY
As mentioned previously, we endeavour to process orders as expediently as practicable, but we are unable to apply exact timescales in case we are subject to factors outside of our control.
All of our products and services are subject to availability and may be altered, or withdrawn at any time. There may be times when an item moves from a stock position to an out of stock position, at a time when the website is not manned.
If, for whatever reason we are unable to supply goods in this situation, you will not be charged and we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. In the extremely unlikely event of a payment already being made, this will be refunded immediately.
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible in this instance and compensation will NOT be paid for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Returns Policy
If faulty, broken or incorrect goods are received or items are missing from your order, Polish Heritage Flight should be notified via email within 24hrs of receipt of your order. (polishheritageflight@gmail.com) Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing you’re your parcel. Clothing must be returned with tags attached. Removal of Clothing Tags would mean we would be unable to refund the item.
Polish Heritage Flight will email you with instructions on how to return any faulty, broken or incorrect goods.
If the item is faulty or broken, a refund for the price of the item and outgoing postage will be made as soon as the goods have been returned to and received by Polish Heritage Flight. Return postage WILL NOT be repaid to the buyer.
If incorrect goods were sent to the Buyer, Polish Heritage Flight will arrange collection of the incorrect items free of charge and replace with the correct item free of any charge including postage. If this is not possible, a full refund will be made including return postage paid.
Missing items from your order will be sent to the buyer free of any charge to the buyer.
Please note we operate a 14 Days returns policy from date of purchase (Date of receipt of goods).
Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrong goods ordered, not liked by the customer, or change of mind) must be received by Polish Heritage Flight in New, Unused condition and with no damage. In order to return goods you must email polishheritageflight@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt. The return postage will NOT be refunded. A full refund for item amount and outgoing postage shall be refunded on receipt of returned goods.
RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS
It is extremely important to us that your items reach you in the best possible condition and every care is taken whilst packing your items.
We also use appropriate packing materials and professional delivery services to ensure that these standards are carried through to you receiving your items. We are confident that these measures will lead to a high degree of customer satisfaction. We are also keen to keep plastics and other harmful single use products to an absolute minimum.

Should you be unhappy with any item you have purchased, you must let us know immediately. In the event of faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your payment at the earliest possible opportunity, once the goods have been returned.In the event of damages, we ask that you send us a short letter, detailing the circumstances of the damage, so that we may be allowed to keep accurate records.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order, having examined your goods. In the unlikely event of this being the case, you must send us written notification within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
You must also ensure that the goods are restored to us, having taken reasonable care of the item.
Although we will refund the cost of the item (including the cost of returning the item to us) in full,we reserve the right to make a deduction equal to the original postage costs in sending the item(s) to you.
